1. What Yieldedu provides

Yieldedu produces indicative business valuation estimates from financial information you supply. Figures are calculated by a fixed formula using reference valuation multiples; written analysis is generated with the help of artificial intelligence. A free preliminary assessment is available, and a comprehensive report can be purchased.

2. Not professional advice

Yieldedu reports are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not an appraisal, a certified or independent valuation, a fairness opinion, or financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and they are not suitable for court, tax filing, lending, or regulatory purposes. Actual transaction values depend on buyers, deal structure, due diligence, and market conditions. Consult qualified professionals before making any decision based on a report.

3. Your information and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. Reports rely on that information and do not independently verify it.
• You must have the right to share any documents you upload, including information about third parties.
• You must be at least 18 years old and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may not misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, scraping it, or using it to create misleading valuations for others.

4. Payments and refunds

Comprehensive reports are a one-time purchase per report, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. If a purchased report fails to generate and we cannot fix it, we will refund your payment. Otherwise, because the report is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support@yieldedu.com with any billing issue.

5. Ownership

You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You may use reports you receive for your own business purposes, including sharing them with advisers or prospective buyers. Yieldedu owns the service, its software, methodology, and branding.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated analysis may contain errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yieldedu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
